Now, as General Manager, Matt leverages over two decades of experience to lead operations with expertise and vision. His deep knowledge of the business and strong leadership drive the company’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Outside of work, Matt is passionate about spending quality time with his wife and four children, embracing the joys of the outdoors. From casting lines during fishing trips to tracking game on hunting expeditions, he relishes the thrill of nature. Family camping adventures under starlit skies, bike rides through scenic trails, and carving fresh tracks while snowboarding down snowy slopes are among his favorite ways to unwind.
